Run of House: Rooms have a minimum waterview of either Boca Ciega Bay or the Gulf of Mexico. Bedding - either one (1) king size or two (2) double beds.

Gulf Side Run of House: Rooms will have an indirect view of the Gulf of Mexico. Bedding - either one (1) king size or two (2) double beds.

Junior Suite: One room, larger than a standard guest room, with a parlor area (lounge) and sleeping accommodations within the same room. Bedding - either one (1) king size or two (2) double beds. Parlor includes sleeper-sofa.

One-Bedroom Suite, One Bath: Two rooms, one being a guest room accommodation with bathroom and the other being a parlor area (lounge), facing either Boca Ciega Bay or the Gulf of Mexico. Bedding - either one (1) king size or two (2) double beds. Parlor includes sleeper-sofa.

Two-Bedroom Gulf Side Suite: Three rooms, each with private bathrooms consisting of two bedrooms with two (2) double beds in one bedroom, one (1) king size bed in the other bedroom and separate living room with sleeper sofa or Murphy bed.
