Payment Policy for Wedding Packages :
A cancellation penalty of $300 USD will apply to all wedding packages if your wedding is cancelled within 45 days of the ceremony date. This includes the Free wedding package, so a charge form for $300 USD is required and will not be charged unless the wedding is cancelled within 45 days.

Weddings are not held on Sundays.

• This offer is valid only for guests who are booked through Romantic Planet Vacations and are staying a minimum of 4 nights.
• Couples must be staying at the resort they are being married at for the entire stay in order to receive the wedding package.
• The Bride & Groom must arrive at the resort a specified number of days prior to the wedding ceremony date to meet with the wedding coordinator and submit all documents; 1 working day (Monday-Friday) for the Royal Solaris Los Cabos, 3 working days (Monday-Saturday) for the Palace Resorts in the Quintana Roo (Cancun/Riviera Maya/Playa del Carmen), 3 working days (Monday-Friday) for the Royal Solaris in Cancun, and 4 working days (Monday-Saturday) for weddings at the Vallarta Palace. Bride & Groom must be at the resort by check-in time (3:00 PM) or earlier in order to consider day of arrival as the first day.
• The Bride & Groom must not be legally married in order to qualify for any of our wedding packages. If they are already married, other services are available. Please ask about our Symbolic/Vow Renewal packages.
• Wedding packages must be reserved in advance at least 7 days prior to arrival at the resort.
• Wedding guests staying at non-Palace Resorts hotels are required to purchase a day pass.
• The Free wedding package and Catholic wedding packages are available to USA and Canada residents only. The Deluxe and Superior wedding packages are available to USA, Canada and Mexico residents only. People of other nationalities should contact us for additional wedding details.
• Photography packages are ready 48 hours after the ceremony. There will be a mailing fee for couples leaving the day after the wedding.
  - A final guest list is due to your wedding coordinator at least 30 days prior to your wedding date.

Payment Policy for Weddings :

• A 50% deposit of the complete package price is required upon booking, or 14 days after the written contract is received by the wedding department. Final payment of 50% is due 30 days prior to your ceremony date.
• Payment for all optional services and bridal packages is due at the hotel prior to the ceremony.
